I'Gorgeous Bodies Return Policy forms as part of these Terms and Conditions. Please read our Return Policy to learn more about your right to cancel Your Order. NO REFUNDS. ONLY STORE CREDIT.

You reserve the right to cancel your order anytime prior to being shipped and receive 100% of money received. Allow 5-7 business days for bank reversals. Once the order ships you warrant the right to cancel and receive store credit only if the order is returned in the same condition as You received them. You should also include all of the products instructions, documents and wrappings. Goods that are damaged or not in the same condition as You received them or which are worn simply beyond opening the original packaging will not be accepted and deemed yours to own. You should therefore take reasonable care of the purchased Goods while they are in Your possession. When returned packages arrive at our facilities, it usually takes 5-7 business days to process your store credit. Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued a store credit in the form of a Coupon code via email. PLEASE KEEP YOUR RETURN PACKAGE TRACKING, we will only issue credit for packages if you provide tracking information and shows delivered to our address. RETURN WINDOW IS FOR EXCHANGE ITEMS ONLY!!!

PRODUCTS SENT BY TRENDSI

Trendsi will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

  • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 
  • Please allow Trendsi 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
  • Trendsi will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
